At Nomad Ember, every order is made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners. Please review the details below for information on processing, delivery times, and shipping costs.
Processing Times
- Journals (USA only): 1–3 business days
- Woven Blankets: 2–5 business days
Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order before it ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- Europe & UK: 7–21 business days after fulfillment
- Australia & Rest of World: 10–21 business days after fulfillment
Please note these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Free shipping (included in product price)
- Canada, Europe, Australia & International: Rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders outside of the USA, customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear once the carrier has picked up the package.
Shipping Restrictions
- Journals: Currently ship to the USA only.
- Woven Blankets: Ship within the USA and to most international destinations. Some remote regions may not be serviceable.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Nomad Ember is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@nomadember.store and we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue.
